Fly cufflinks are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. All our products are made from the finest quality materials.

Cufflink Sales is an online website solely for the use of Retail and Trade accounts. Trade visitors are welcome to sign up online to browse or purchase, although no order will be released until supporting data has been supplied from the customer to confirm payment. This process is to protect our site & product. The management retains the right to approve or decline any account without explanation.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website and add any items that you wish to buy. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details to enable us to complete your order. Only when your order has been dispatched, has your order been accepted, unless we have previously informed you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it. Your order may not be accepted if the item is unavailable, if your payment is not authorized, if we have reason to believe the transaction is fraudulent or suspicious or a product is priced or described incorrectly. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods we will inform you of this and your options as soon as possible. You will not be charged if goods are unavailable.

Payment details

Payments are made in pounds sterling.
Your order will be released when payment has been received. Our primary method of payment is online with either a credit or debit card. We also offer a function online for cash payment / bank transfer. Should you decide to use this function you are able to confirm an online order, once payment has been received. Your goods will be sent by post.  Please allow 5 working days for BACS payments & cheques to clear.

Catalogue & Images

We offer no printed catalogue as the collection of cufflinks is hosted online but are advertised in magazines such like “The Field” and “Country Life”, should you wish to have a copy of our images for file or internet display please make this request online.

Price

All prices are quoted in UK pounds sterling and goods are sold under English Law. We supply a formal Invoice with each order-confirming product, post & shipping costs is an added cost. We are not VAT registered. J.D Hartley Cufflinks reserves the right to amend quoted prices and specification without prior notice. All purchases are VAT free.

Shipping And Handling

All items are supplied beautifully boxed; the packaging is reflective upon the design and will protect your cufflinks.We supply a formal Invoice with each order confirming product, post & shipping costs with our company details.

Ordering outside England, Wales & Scottish Lowlands will incur additional delivery charges. We will advise you by email of the most competitive delivery charge prior to processing your order.

Delivery & Stock Availability

Goods purchased by credit card are normally dispatched within 7-28 days, subject to availability. Delivery charges are extra and are provided to the user during the ordering process. We will endeavour to use the most convenient and economic way to dispatch your order. Once goods have been delivered to you or your nominated recipient, JD Hartley will not be liable for their subsequent loss or destruction. Every effort is made to deliver your goods within the estimated time scales. From time to time delays may occur. We will not be held liable for any failed or late deliveries.

For international deliveries we would generally use airmail for smaller items - we will calculate the delivery charge according to package weights and dimensions and destination and advise you of the costs prior to processing your order. Please note that customers living outside the European Union may incur local taxes and import duties that may involve slight delays. The customer is solely responsible for the payment of any of these additional charges that may be imposed.

Credit Card Security

Our credit card processing bank carries out rigorous checks on all credit and debit card transactions. Should we feel that an order is suspicious or where the details provided do not match the details held by the card-issuing bank, we reserve the right to refuse it.

J.D Hartley Cufflinks confirms that the buyer is bound by the general conditions of sale and delivery through the subscription of any purchase order online. Any purported variation of these conditions shall only be valid if evidenced in writing under the hand of the duty authorized signatory of the vendor.

Privacy Policy

JD Hartley do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy and product warranty

In line with the Office of Fair Trading distance selling regulations, the customer can return the goods, for any reason, within a period of seven days from the date of purchase. Returned items must be returned at the customer's cost and packaged in the original packaging, and in perfect condition.

Goods shall be at the risk of the customer from the day of delivery. For any discrepancies in delivery or product defect the client has 3 days from receipt of goods to confirm any problem with the product to me in email at

Returns authorization must be obtained before goods are returned for any reason whatsoever to identify a genuine fault before a refund will be given. All products returned under complaint must be clean and dry (Health & Safety Act). A copy of the sales invoice must be included. We will replace any defective item. If the item you bought is obsolete or non-replaceable you will be offered an exchange option or a refund. In order to keep costs down for all customers we will not refund postage costs unless the products are found to be faulty or supplied incorrectly. Once an order has been received, no cancellation can be accepted and subsequent refund offered. In the unlikely case that you have to return the product, it will only be excepted back if packaged in its original box.
JD Hartley is not responsible for returned goods lost or damaged in transit and reserves the right to charge a nominal fee for returned goods damaged on return.
If you are returning items from outside the UK,
Please mark clearly on the packaging and the Customs Declaration that you are returning the goods to the retailer/manufacturer. This should normally help to ensure further customs charges are not incurred.
Any Customs charges and/or Postal charges incurred through a failure to follow the above returns procedure and/or providing adequate postage will be deducted from your refund.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive and
JD Hartley reserves the right to amend this Returns Policy under advice from Government appointed agencies.
These Terms & Conditions do not affect your Statutory Rights.
These Terms & Conditions can only be varied by the owners of JD Hartley.

JD Hartley provides this website on an "as is" basis and makes no representations or warranties whatsoever with respect to it or its contents and disclaims all such representations and warranties to the fullest extent permitted at law. JD Hartley, its employees or any other representative will not accept liability for damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of this website. This is a comprehensive limitation that applies to all damages of any kind including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
